The team goes in search of Gravitonium in order to save the world.

I'm not sure how to feel about this episode. I loved it but at the same time... Just wow! I didn't see that twist coming. I'm wondering if someday Daisy will forgive him for what he did which I think will happen because if the season finale is meant to be written as a series finale then they wouldn't let that relationship be destroyed in one episode and never fix that.
Also HYDRA is back and I'm not even mad. They have used HYDRA many times but I still like when HYDRA shows up.

Wow!
In the milestone 100th episode, Coulson finally reveals the mysterious deal he made with Ghost Rider, which will impact everyone on the team.
What did you think about the episode?
This was such a good episode to start the second half of the season. I liked that it began with everything going fine making us think that now that they’re back on Earth there’s not going to be trouble but then everything goes south. I like that the Lighthouse is now the new S.H.I.E.L.D. HQ and that it was revealed who built it and why.
Deke arriving on Earth and discovering everything Earth has is one of the best things I have ever seen! Also did anyone notice that reference to episode 1 (the world and a stranger world). I liked how they think that nothing could be worst than what they’ve been through and they start listing all of it and it turns out it can always get worst. I loved seeing Piper back but I’m starting to get tired that every single season someone betrays the team!
I thought that Yo-Yo loosing her arms wasn’t going to happen and that the only way we would see that reference was going to be from the alternate future or that at least they would wait some episodes and not do it right after they showed us she would loose her arms. Now that she lost her arms and we know that she had both of them when the Kree arrived to the Lighthouse I think that she’s gonna get bionic arms like in the comics.
The promo for episode 100 looks so good! I can’t wait!
Coulson and the team set out to rewrite the course of humanity's fate; they're unaware that their efforts will dramatically change one S.H.I.E.L.D. agent's life.
What did you think about the episode?
This was a pretty good episode! But now I have more questions than before. First, why is Coulson dying? Could it be part of the deal Coulson made with the Rider or did he get infected by a space virus? Second, how does his death set up the end of the world? Will Deke come to the present and if so when is the present? And is Flint really that powerful to build the Earth?
So, it turned out that Yo-Yo was the seer. I did actually see that coming but the way they did it was great and explained pretty much how Inhumans are created and why she looks the same after 74 years. Also, she missing her arms was a pretty good nod to the comics.
Kasius was a pretty good villain for this pod of the season but I did feel that how his motivations ended were a bad idea; all that wanting to seek his father’s approval. I was hoping he would seek something else other than that.
This pod was so good and we’re still missing 12 more episodes. It’s a shame we have to wait 4 weeks till the next episode.
Starting this week?
I really liked this episode but at the same time it was kinda confusing because when there's time travel involved things always get confusing. Are the flashbacks still gonna happen or are they now an alternate timeline? Or is Fitz right and no matter what they do the Earth will be destroyed no matter what? Also FitzSimmons are married in that timeline.
One of the best parts of the episode was the story of May being a mother figure to Robin. It really was another side of May that we haven't seen before. May holding Robin in her arms while she died made me remember Bahrain but it was somewhat different and sadder than that time.
I really want to see the team back on the present and get more answers as to what really happened that destroyed the Earth.
Beat me to it this time, SonOfAres1. This episode was so good. I liked seeing the team back together (minus May) but I didn't like that Mack and Yo-Yo stayed behind. Clint is becoming one of my favorite characters in this season and I hope he stays longer. Now that they showed Gravitonium I think there's a pretty good chance Graviton will appear this season.
Kasius is becoming a more fleshed out villain rather than what I thought he would be and he's becoming one of my favorite villains of this series. That backstory really gave him more importance to me as a character.
This was probably the best episode of this season. I'm surprised of how much has happened in just 7 episodes. It feels like a lot of important things have happened already.
I'm liking the relationship that Yo-Yo and Flint are having and maybe it's gonna be part of Mack dealing with Hope's death story. Fitz personality as a Marauder this episode looked like he took inspiration from his Framework personality. Daisy vs Sinara was the best fight scene of this episode followed by May vs Ben. I can't believe they killed 3-4 characters because I'm not sure Kasius is dead. I also hope to see more about Kasius family.
I'm so glad FitzSimmons are finally engaged. It only took the 5 seasons, being dropped in the sea, being sent to another planet, being stuck in a virtual reality and being sent to another time. The speech Fitz gave to Simmons was great and it's too bad she didn't get to hear it.
With Daisy’s life on the line, an unexpected friend attempts to rescue her.
What did you think about the episode?
Happy new year!!!
By the way, that Star Wars reference were the best lines of the the episode.
What a good episode! Only bad thing was that next episode is in two weeks. I loved the dynamic between Fitz and Hunter (especially that football fight), it felt natural and well explained. Fitz working with Hunter and explaining him what happened the last year and Hunter helping Fitz deal with what happened in the Framework. Also that "release the ferrets" part was great.
Enoch now looks like he's gonna have a more important role in the next episodes and I'm really liking his character. The explanation of how Enoch knew who to send to the future and what was the reason they were sent to the future with the Hiltons was a really good idea and I'd like they expand that. Also, if the future is already set as we saw in season 3 then how can they stop the Earth from blowing up.
I have an idea of why Hale is apparently an antagonist this season. What if that is not the real Hale but just The Superior in an LMD body of the real Hale and he has been infiltrating the government by replacing important people with LMDs.
Merry Christmas!!!
It was a good episode. I liked that they showed us that even after the framework Mack is still dealing with what happened there and that it had a big effect on him. I wonder if they'll do that with Fitz. That reveal of Fitz at the end was awesome and I'm so glad he's back. Next episode looks like it's gonna be the best so far of this season.
Also I wonder what happened to May. Is she captive or was she sent to the roaches? I hope they explain that soon and it doesn't end like season 4 where the real May was captive for almost all season.
Also, isn't Simmons explanation about Abby's powers the same they used to explain the Ant-Man suit? The whole changing the space between particles.
And did May say she is retiring after this mission?
So yesterday's episode was pretty good actually. I liked that it wasn't as mind blowing as last week's episodes. So far the season is going good and that they're not taking a lot of time to explain why they are in the future (probably, because of next week's episode).
I liked that they showed what happens to Inhumans in this future and Deke's explanation of the multiverse and why Quake may or may not be the cause of the destruction of Earth.
Two of the best parts about the episode, in my opinion, were the scenes between Simmons and that Inhuman girl and Yo-Yo in general.
First trailer for Jessica Jones Season 2 is out!
