The Ennead were worshipped as gods in Egypt. While together, Khonshu regularly enjoyed listening to Hathor play music. Ammit's version of justice was deemed inappropriate, so the Ennnead imprisoned her in an ushabti and buried her along with last avatar, Alexander the Great. The Ennead tasked Senfu with keeping being the only being to know the ushabti's location, preventing even themselves from knowing it. Senfu created a star map of the tomb's location, and was later died and placed in his own sarcophagus. The gods later decided not expose themselves to humanity anymore. Feeling as though it would mean abandoning humanity, Khonshu refused and was kicked off the Ennead Council.[3]

Discovery of Vibranium[]

In one of its deepest regions, they managed to discover vibranium, a rare metal that supposedly absorbed vibrations and kinetic energy naturally. Stark crafted a shield with the vibranium to host a demonstration of this discovery at Ciro's, a famous local nightclub in Los Angeles.[4]

While Harrow used the Scarab of Ammit to find the tomb, Spector had to ask for information in Cairo, finding his informant getting killed by three of Harrow's disciples. Spector chased the men, but got interrupted several times. The three disciples were killed before Spector could find the tomb, so Khonshu decided to cause a solar eclipse in order to demand a meeting of the Ennead Council.

The council met in the Great Pyramid of Giza, where Harrow was put on trial. Harrow was found innocent, but Yatzil told Spector that Senfu's sarcophagus would be able to help him find the tomb. Spector was joined by Layla El-Faouly, who brought them to Anton Mogart's estate, where Mogart showed Spector the sarcophagus. Steven Grant helped Spector find the star map, but they were interrupted when Mogart and Bek got nervous about Spector handling the tomb. Harrow arrived and Mogart's security prepared to kill Spector, who put on the Moon Knight suit and killed them while El-Faouly retrieved the map.

Spector and El-Faouly went into the desert to track down the star map, and Grant began fronting to help decipher. However, Grant realized that the map would not accurately reflect the tomb's location, and that they would need to know what the sky looked like on the day Senfu made the map. Khonshu agreed to help turn back the sky to that day, attracting the attention of everyone in Egypt and resulting in Khonshu being imprisoned in an ushabti himself. El-Faouly found the tomb's location[3] and she and Spector were attacked. They escaped and went to the tomb, where they confronted Harrow and found the ushabti. However, Harrow and his disciples confronted Grant and El-Faouly, so Spector began fronting and prepared to fight Harrow, who simply shot Spector.[26] Harrow then left and freed Ammit, while El-Faouly freed Khonshu and joined forces with Taweret. Spector regained consciousness and reunited with Khonshu, both engaging in a fight against Harrow and Ammit in Cairo. El-Faouly joined the fight as the Scarlet Scarab and eventually, Spector's alter Jake Lockley defeated Harrow. Spector and El-Faouly then took Harrow to the Pyramid and performed a ritual causing Ammit to be trapped within him.[27]
