Agent Arinori was an FBI agent who was assigned to Wilson Fisk's protective detail. Arinori was eventually coerced by Fisk into working for him, and killed by Benjamin Poindexter when he turned against Fisk.

Following a successful FBI operation against the Albanian Syndicate, Arinori and Ramsey met with Tammy Hattley to convince her into handing Wilson Fisk's case over to them. Ray Nadeem then came to the office himself, as Arinori and Ramsey congratulated him, as he got intel from Fisk, that allowed the FBI to strike the Albanians. Nadeem then asked Hattley to discuss an important issue with him, so Hattley told Arinori and Ramsey to leave them alone.[2]

Nadeem eventually convinced Hattley to put him in charge of Fisk's case and move him to the Presidential Hotel for protection, however, the convoy was ambushed by the Albanian Syndicate. Thanks to Benjamin Poindexter, Fisk was successfully transported to the hotel where Arinori, together with Johnson and Doyle, escorted him to the penthouse. When Fisk was taking a shower, Arinori threw him a towel and told him to get dressed, as Benjamin Donovan and Nicholas Lee came to talk with him about the status of Vanessa Marianna.[3]

While the FBI were working on Fisk's case, Arinori and a group of other agents were manipulated by Wilson Fisk into becoming his accomplice in his conspiracy to get back at the top of New York City's criminal underworld. Together with Tammy Hattley and Benjamin Poindexter, Arinori and agents working for Fisk were present at the conference room when Ray Nadeem showed up. Nadeem was shocked to see that Arinori fell victim to Fisk's schemes but Arinori only warned not to say Fisk's name out loud, as Poindexter told him that they use the codename "Kingpin".

Hattley then passed Kingpin's orders to the agents, as he wanted various criminal bosses around the city apprehended and taken to the Red Fish Blue Restaurant. Arinori accompanied Nadeem and Poindexter to find and take John Hammer and Rosalie Carbone under custody. Later, Arinori stood on the lookout at the restaurant, while Kingpin was negotiating the partnership with other bosses and Poindexter murdered Everett Starr for refusing. When Poindexter informed Kingpin that Daredevil was nowhere to be found, Arinori and the agents escorted him back to the Presidential Hotel.[4]

Arinori was later summoned to the Clinton Church to search for Daredevil and Karen Page, as Poindexter failed Kingpin's mission to eliminate them. As the investigation hit the dead end, Arinori approached Poindexter and told him that someone needs to contact Kingpin before the situation gets out of control. Poindexter was hesitant to report to Kingpin about their failure, but Arinori pointed out that it was Poindexter himself who did not kill Page when he had a chance. Nadeem saw the tension between the two of them and stopped them from fighting, as Arinori walked away to continue the investigation.

However, the mission was completely failed when Page was taken under the NYPD custody by Brett Mahoney, as Poindexter and Arinori were unable to prevent it.[5] Arinori then joined the agents escorting Kingpin to his reunion with Vanessa Marianna, although Johnson informed him that Nadeem managed to escape.[6] Arinori later provided the security for the wedding of Fisk and Marianna, however, it was interrupted by Nadeem's dying declaration and the appearance of Poindexter who wanted both of them dead. The agents took the couple to the safe place, while Arinori, Mockta and Ramsey opened fire on Poindexter and Daredevil. Poindexter managed to avoid getting shot and used forks and dining knives as projectiles to kill both Arinori and Mockta.[1]

- Investigator: Arinori was a good investigator, working for the FBI's crime unit and used the skills in missions to take care of various crime syndicates.
- Marksman: Arinori carried a gun as part of his job. He used it to shoot at Benjamin Poindexter, but was unable to hit his shots, causing Poindexter to kill him.

- Handgun: Arinori used his sidearm during Benjamin Poindexter's attack on the wedding of Wilson Fisk and Vanessa Marianna, however, Poindexter avoided the bullets and killed Arinori.
