The General Directorate for External Security or Direction Générale de la Sécurité Extérieure (DGSE) in French, is France's external intelligence agency.

Leaving the French Foreign Legion, Georges Batroc served as a member of the DGSE's Action Division. Batroc had credited with 36 kill missions, before he was demobilized.[1]
