Domani Architecture is a subsidiary of Rand Enterprises. It is specialized in infrastructure construction.[1]

At the beginning of 2000s, Domani Architecture was a floundering company owned by Rand Enterprises. In January 2002, Harold Meachum made his son, Ward, the new CEO of the subsidiary.

Under Ward's leadership, Domani aggressively utilized dozens of the varying resources of its parent company. They pioneered a series of revelations in composite construction materials aimed at expediting building projects.

One of their most important projects, the "light rebar", led Domani to the forefront of construction purveyors. It has been featured in dozens of projects around the world, including Singapore, Dubai, and Greece.

In 2004, after Harold's death, Ward left Domani to become the new CEO of Rand Enterprises.
