Dioli being murdered by Marcus Scarlotti
Adamo Dioli protested the words spoken by Glenn Talbot after the general gave a speech at the United Nations Headquarters, claiming that S.H.I.E.L.D. had abused the public's trust. He wanted to know how and what evidence Talbot had that S.H.I.E.L.D. had fought against HYDRA.
While speaking, Dioli was hit in the chest by a Splinter Bomb, thrown by Marcus Scarlotti. He turned to stone and disintegrated as the other representatives and Talbot were stunned with surprise and fear.[1]
