When S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Asset Dr. Franklin Hall was kidnapped and the truck in which he was transported was attacked by unknown means, Phil Coulson's team was tasked with the mission of finding him. Agent Jemma Simmons used this pair of goggles to analyze the site, and was capable of seeing a gravity field disruption, activated by her Electro-Static Field Scanner.[1]
