Lucy is a New York City resident who slept with her gardener, leading her mother to believe it was Kilgrave's doing.
Biography[]
- "He said, "You want me bad." And then I did want him... bad."
"And not just Lucy. All the girls in the neighborhood. When he speaks, they spread their legs." - ―Lucy and Lucy's Mother[src]
Lucy was at her home in New York City when her gardener caught her eye. His habit of working without a shirt was something that Lucy considered hot. The gardener remarked how she wanted him and Lucy could not resist. The two ended up sleeping together, just like many others in the neighborhood. When her mother found out, she could not believe it. Hearing of a man who could allegedly control people's minds, Lucy's mother jumped on that opportunity to claim it was Kilgrave's doing.
At Hogarth, Chao & Benowitz Office, Lucy and her mother spoke to Jeri Hogarth and another victim, Jessica Jones, about her experience. Lucy recited it, saying how she could not resist him. Her mother backed her daughter up, saying that the whole neighborhood spread their legs for the man. Jones did not believe this was Kilgrave's doing and dismissed the pair.[1]
