Treating Doris Urich[]
Norma was one of several nurses responsible for giving Doris Urich round-the-clock care during her stay at Metro-General Hospital. Ben Urich came to visit Doris and Norma told him that Doris had been alert and on her feet for half an hour, asking about him.[1]
Ben Urich's Funeral[]
Norma escorted Doris Urich to the funeral of her husband Ben. During the funeral, they were approached by Karen Page, who claimed that his death was her fault, since she pushed him into writing about Wilson Fisk. During their conversation Norma told Urich that it was time to go. Norma waited for their conversation to be finished before pushing Urich around the coffin, allowing her to say a last goodbye.[2]
