Raze was a brutal and berriligent Frost Giant warrior and Laufey's loyal subordinate. He was killed by Loki during the Attack on Jotunheim.

Raze was on the guard of Laufey's palace on Jotunheim when Laufey was confronted by Thor, Loki, Sif, and the Warriors Three. As the Asgardians attacked the Frost Giants, Raze emerged into a fight, grabbing Loki and burning his flesh. However, when the flesh burnt, it revealed Jotun skin underneath much to Raze's and Loki's surprise. Loki used that moment of confusion to strike Raze and kill him.[4]

- Frost Giant Physiology: As a Frost Giant, Raze possessed all of the various superhuman attributes common among his people, including superhuman strength, durability, speed, agility, stamina, reflexes, healing, and was extremely long-lived, as well as the ability to manipulate ice.
- Superhuman Strength: Like all Frost Giants, Raze possessed great superhuman strength, battling Asgardians with ease.
- Superhuman Durability: Raze's body was very resistant to physical damage. However, Loki was still able to fatally stab him.
- Superhuman Speed: Raze could run and move at great speed, running into battle when Thor and his friends attacked Jotunheim.
- Superhuman Agility: Raze possessed great agility that allowed him to jump off of a high cliff and land on his feet.
- Superhuman Stamina: Raze could fight for prolongued periods of time and with ease, even in the harsh conditions of Jotunheim.
- Superhuman Reflexes: Raze was able to react and dodge objects, sparring blows with Asgardians and deflecting some of their attacks.
- Regenerative Healing Factor: Despite his body's resistance, Raze could still be injured like any other Frost Giant. However, his metabolism enabled him to rapidly regenerate damaged bodily tissue.
- Longevity: Raze, like all other Frost Giants, were extremely long-lived beings, he aged at a slow pace, being able to live for thousands of years.
- Ice Manipulation: As a Frost Giant, Raze possessed the ability to create and manipulate ice. The ice could be formed into practically anything he thought of, being able to form a wide variety of weapons and tools made of ice. He used this ability to try to freeze Loki, however, it did not work as Loki was a Frost Giant as well.
- Cold Immunity: Due to his Frost Giant physiology, Raze was immune to cold, being able to live on Jotunheim, a realm that was cold enough to kill any normal human being, for thousands of years.

- Combatant: Raze went toe-to-toe with Loki, but lost when he was caught off guard by Loki's Frost Giant nature.
