The Clairvoyant[src]

The Forearm Rocket Launcher is a weapon developed by Cybertek as part of Project Deathlok, to be installed onto their soldiers' forearms, most notably Deathlok's left forearm. It also stores a Heart Stopper inside its lower part.

Gift from the Clairvoyant

Original Version of the Rocket Launcher

Deathlok received a package that the Clairvoyant sent. Inside was the rocket launcher which he put onto his left forearm and, similiar to the Cybertek Prosthetic Leg, it attached painfully to his forearm. When it was fully installed, a HUD appeared on Deathlok's Backscatter X-Ray Eye Implant. Deathlok used the launcher in order to distract S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Melinda May as he made his escape from Tranquility Bridge after critically injuring Felix Blake. In an abandoned race track in Pensacola, Florida, Deathlok used the launcher to fire upon agents Phil Coulson and John Garrett as he led them to Thomas Nash.[1]

Fighting Coulson

When Coulson snuck on board the Bus through the landing gear to free Skye, he was forced to flee without retaking control of the plane, as he knew he could not confront Deathlok. While escaping in his car, Lola, Deathlok used the launcher to fire upon Coulson and Skye, missing as the car exited the cargo ramp.[2]

Battle at Cybertek

Deathlok shoots John Garrett

Deathlok aimed his Forearm Rocket Launcher at Phil Coulson during the Battle at Cybertek when he thought that he was still under the command of his handler, Kyle Zeller, who took orders from John Garrett, and that his son, Ace was still a hostage. When he discovered that Ace was freed, Deathlok fired on Garrett instead. John Garrett, seeking to survive the beating he took in the battle, became the first complete Deathlok Soldier at the Cybertek Manufacturing Facility, equipped with two Forearm Rocket Launchers over his arms.[3]

Deathlok rejoined S.H.I.E.L.D. and received upgrades; one of these was an upgraded rocket launcher, now equipped with EMP missiles powerful enough to take down a Quinjet.[4]
