Haruto Yakimura (Kanji: 焼村晴翔) is a Japanese delegate who attended the Symposium on Alien Contagion in order to establish international politics regarding the Inhumans.

Symposium on Alien Contagion[]
Haruto Yakimura represented the country of Japan during the Symposium on Alien Contagion. During the reception prior to the talks, he notably discussed with Anton Petrov. During the Symposium, Yakimura listened to Petrov's proposal to create a Inhuman Sanctuary in Russia. Yakimura disagreed with the idea, stating that the Inhuman Outbreak had caused a new arms race and that each country would like to keep their Inhumans who could be used as weapons if need be, instead of shipping them off to Russia.
Yakimura later watched in bewilderment as Phil Coulson, who had posed as Dr. Sean Lundwall, was arrested on Glenn Talbot and Gideon Malick's command.[1]
