Heather was on board Air Force One when it was destroyed by Eric Savin. Tony Stark used the Mark XLII Armor to rescue Heather and other passengers that were sucked from the plane. Stark constantly talked to Heather as he was catching the falling passengers, using her as the beginning of a human chain. Ultimately, Heather and the other passengers were dropped into a body of water where they celebrated that they survived.[1]
