"I make these. They're kind of cool."
"You make art? Fascinating. So incredibly lifelike."
"It's nothing special. It's just side money for med school. I always dreamed of helping people."
"You have dreams. This is all so real."
―Julia Price and Jemma Simmons[src]

Julia Price was a computer programmed character within the Framework. Price had helped Jemma Simmons when she was in danger, but fearing that HYDRA was looking for Simmons, Price reluctantly kicked her out of her car.

Fearing HYDRA

Meeting Jemma Simmons

"It's a new Inhuman checkpoint. They take forever, but it's worth it."
"They can test for Inhuman DNA, pre-Terrigenesis?"
"Don't they do that everywhere? I mean, it freaked me out the first time, but they just check I.D.s here."
―Julia Price and Jemma Simmons[src]

While out driving, Price had encountered Jemma Simmons who appeared to be in distress, so offered her a lift to Washington, D.C.. As they drove together, Simmons did not give details on what had happened to her but did seem fascinated by Price's love for art and desire to go to medical school. However when they stopped by a HYDRA checkout to scan them for Inhuman DNA, Simmons revealed her only I.D. was for S.H.I.E.L.D., so Price then immediately kicked her out of her car and drove away.[1]
