Julie Coulson was the mother of Phil Coulson.

Biography

Julie got married to Robert Coulson and, in July 1964, she gave birth to their only child, Phil. Robert died when their son was at a young age.

Julie's death was the loss of the last remaining family member for her son, who considered S.H.I.E.L.D. his only family from there on.
