In the K'un-Lun, monk Kuo harvested plums every summer to make some wine, He hid it in big clay pots, have it ferment in the bell tower over the winter. When he had gone to sleep, young monk Danny Rand and his friend Davos used to sneak into the tower and drink Kuo's wine. Rand and Davos refilled the pots with water so no one knew it was missing. Kuo's wine was very good. According to Rand, it was very sweet and in the dead of winter, wine tasted "warm like summer".[1]
