Based on previous conversations with admins, a little while ago I began cutting down the number of BTS images from pages as it had gotten far beyond the point of excess. In Avengers 4 as you mentioned, there must have been at least twenty images just of Scott Lang running down the street, that is far too many. So it's been cut down to just two, it doesn't need any more than that.
A little while ago there were more BTS images of Dr Strange and Mordo running down NYC together than there were screenshots of the entire movie. That's completely absurd and why they were deleted.
Yes it does. I'm just kinda surprise there wasn't a message sent to users about the cut downs or see what other users though about the issues. That did take me by surprise as matters like that are brought before the Users to voice their thoughts. So does this means ther are new restrictions about the number of photos that can be added to Behind the Scenes sections?
Hello, I have a couple of questions, while editing in a photo on a gallery of a character, what are the limits of showing the person? I asked this because you edit in Davos' Gallery page with the photo I put in buy it only shows his hand. Last time I checked, the last time I edit in photo like that is when I edit in photo of Mantis' shoulder onto her gallery but then it was undone. So how can I tell when to put photo in based on what character appears fully or partially?
I would say it's how relevant is it that it is that character in the image and how obvious is it that it is that character, Davos' fist is obviously his, due to it glowing red with the Iron Fist, with the Mantis image it showed the lightest outside of her shoulder, barely visible and not a reason to be included
Why did you delete my fanmade Wolverine Poster? I get that it was unrelated to the MCU, but it was on my user page, which encourages us to personalize it as we want to. If I can't upload some fanart just to show myself to those who search for me, then why isn't there some sort of rule that says we can't personalize our user pages? I never intended for people to take it literally, I just wanted to post something that says who I am.
I've seen your recent efforts to have a Facilities section on Character pages. While I mostly second your idea, I'm questioning the relevance of putting in the list facilities where the characters were held prisoners (e.g. I've seen that you put the HYDRA Preparatory Academy for Glenn Talbot). Private residences, bases of operation or places of work are fine, but places where they were imprisoned, does they really count as the character's "facilities"?
Thank you for your help adding content to the sections.
To answer your question, the concept is that it's places connected with a part of the lives of the characters, somewhere that they've bought/taken over or lived in, whether that be voluntary living or imprisonment.
I see your point, but I still feel uncomfortable with the idea of putting it all together (facilities used/inhabited by the character and facilities where they were imprisoned). Well, I'll think about it and I'll let you know if I have a proposal to make (maybe doing subsections as we do in the Equipment sections?)
I also enjoy this addition, which enables to have one more use for the Locations articles (especially the Private Residences). I think it might be hard to make a clear distinction between residences and facilities for a lot of characters (e.g. many S.H.I.E.L.D. agents both resided and worked in the Playground), but yeah, I would be in favor of putting those in which they were imprisoned in a separate subsection.
Please stop putting the image Rj7h.jpg as the first image for Falcon in the Winter Soldier gallery. Just beacuse the first image of Falcon isn't a good one does not mean another image should be put in its place because it's a better image of him. Besides, the policy for images states that all screenshots need to be organized chronologically.
I disagree... The first image should be aesthetically pleasing for the rest of the gallery, as demonstrated on multiple other galleries. It should indeed be a still from the first scene of the film, but aesthetics are also important
Well their relationship might seem questionable due to the circumstances of the Avengers Civil War, however by the end of the film T'Challa has had a change of heart about the Avengers themselves, and regardless he would view Barton as someone simply in his way, rather than his mortal enemy.
So while I don't see a need for it to change, you know you don't have to inform me of every change you want to make, you can make the change and if it's disagreed with, it'll be changed back
