I'm sorry but Uskok will not answer these three questions I need answers to.
I think that for review pages (such as this one) we could have reviews from users. Also, since some of the users have reviewings websites and YouTube pages, they can add videos and links to their blogs and review sites.
Should we make more event pages for the main fights in the films because so far we only have 2 event pages.
It has been proven in Iron Man 3 that Aldrich Killian was behind the Ten Rings the whole time so shouldn't we put him as the leader of it on the page for the Ten Rings.
1. Having reviews from users would probably be too messy. I think if you want to review a movie, leave it on your user page.
2. I don't know. That just seems irrelevant for fight scenes to have their own pages. So probably not.
3. Well there could be more than one leader. I don't know if Aldrich was the leader but he definitely had something to do with the terrorist attacks. We didn't really see him with the Ten Rings but mainly with his own crew.
2. Yeah but still, it's just unneserary, you can just write about it and just because it's a big fight scene, doesn't mean it deserves a page. If it was a major event from the comics like the Civil War for example, we would make a page for that.
3. Aldrich was the boss of Trevor but that doesn't mean he's the boss of the Ten Rings, my guess is that it was just a partnership like with Stane in Iron Man.
Honestly, I don't think it's necessary. I think maybe something from the comics like the Civil War if ever brought to the screen would be relevant because it's from the comics. But just a battle in the movie shouldn't really. Just because it's 'big' doesnt mean it needs a page.
On wikipedia they make a page for every attack made on the U.S., similar to us trying to make pages for the most important battles and fights. And the Star Wars Wiki has a page for almost any fight taking place in the films, video games, comics, and shows.
But that doesn't mean we have to do it. I get what you mean but still, Iron man 3 wasn't a 'big' fight so that's not needed. Like I said, I think important comic story arcs can be made if brought to film but battles at the end no matter how big it is don't need a page.
I would like to ask both of you if you want to help me with a new Wiki I made for a Marvel show that has a one-hour preview next Saturday. The show is called Avengers Assemble. This is the wiki.
can you get BlindmelonKen to notice that we don't put video game references on the Timeline page, please because he won't listen to me? You can join this conversation.
Howdy, big fan of Wikis and this one in particular :). Would you mind if I did a bit of spring cleaning and neated up some of the pages. Add, remove pics, etc.?
Hello I think a TV Series template should be made for the Shield series and if/when it is announced that Shield will go to series I think an episode template should be made as well but right now I think a TV series template needs to be made
One way to do it is to have photoshop. If you haven't had a free trial, you can get it here which lasts for 30 days. I have a full version but had the trial first. When you have it use the quick selection tool which is the fourth icon on the side. There is another one so click and hold to see which one it is. Go file and go to new. Once there, there are selections you can pick like what size you want it. In background contents make it say transparent. Open an image and select the person just dragging and holding your mouse. Once your done, Click the arrow icon (first one) and drag that to your image. Then save it. Put it in your documents or wherever and make sure its a PNG file because JPG won't work. I don't know about the others. Just saving it without choosing what type would only make it a project file like it's not finished which is good but not what you need for this because it's fairly simple and quick. Then that's pretty much it, you could add more photos in it which is fun to do. Need anything else then just ask :)
Do you remember MarvelMungus? Remember he said he was going to make his own wiki? Well, he has. His wiki is basically an exact copy of our old layout, especially the main page and the background.
I just thought you would be interested in knowing the whereabouts of our favorite trouble-maker.
Only a Bureaucrat can give any rights so that is only me. Uskok is right, if you want to be an admin, you do have to offer something to the wiki. Uskok brought in Policies and is constantly editing pages. You might be a good admin but that's probably what Uskok and I think. Maybe you could just tell us what you've done for this wiki and what you would like for this wiki that you can bring in future.
Ok, you do well as an editor and if you continue to make more pages then that would be great. If you can really start making pages then I might make you an admin since your saying you want no red links. If you can make alot of pages soon and you are still continuing then I'll make you an admin.
Being and admin isn't just making hundreds of edits and creating dozens of new categories (of which some might not be needed at all.) Currently, I'm using my admin powers only to delete duplicate files, which isn't so often. And before we make new articles, we should think about improving the existing ones. Quality before quantity! Take a look at Nick Fury's article, and Phil Coulson's article. You see the difference? Well, when all our in-universe articles look exactly how Nick Fury currently looks, then we should make new articles. One good article is worth more than ten bad articles.
Nothing. At the moment it's a no. There really isn't going to be much of a difference from what you do now. You edit well but that's it really. That doesn't mean you can be an admin. There also is enough admins at the moment as well so we don't need another. Still not no but maybe in the future.
