Biography[]
Helping a Friend[]
During a night out with Jack Thompson, who visited London, Driscoll and Thompson got drunk. While walking London, with their glasses filled with beer and singing, the two of them crossed a street. Since they were during their crossing a car honked at them, telling them to get off the road. On the other side of the street Driscoll asked Thompson how he broke his hand. Thompson gave him a reason, which he did not believe. Driscoll assumed that it had happened in a bar fight, in the same way Thompson had broken his nose in freshmen year and his jaw in sophomore year of university. Thompson interrupted Driscoll before he could finish his story, accusing him of talking too much. With Thompson's glass empty Driscoll planned on entering the bar they were sitting next too, but was stopped by Thompson. Thompson asked him if his MI organization found a file he had asked for. Driscoll handed the file over to Thompson, telling him that he never had to break so many security protocols only to find a fully redacted file at the end of the rainbow. Thomspon was not worried about this and took a look at the file. With the file in Thompson's hands Driscoll told him they should not pretend and that he knows that Thompson visited London to have another shot at taking down Driscoll's record of "piccadilly commandos" in an evening. Driscoll entered the bar, planning on taking a head start. With no one watching him Thompson stood up and stopped faking being drunk. Behind a pillar he used a tool to see through the redacted lines of the file, gaining new information about Peggy Carter.[1]
