Sammy is a technician working for the New York City Police Department. She collected evidence following Davos' attack on a Golden Tigers nightclub that ended with several dead, including Mr. Ho.

Getting a call about a massacre, Sammy arrived on the scene and called Misty Knight. When Knight arrived, Sammy asked who Colleen Wing was before moving on. She explained the standard killings until she got to Ho, who seemed to have his chest caved in and spine shattered when he was punched into a wall. Sammy also reported that bystanders said the man had a glowing red hand. Wing asked her if she was sure it was red. When Sammy confirmed this, Knight thanked her.[1]
