"We have a Level 7 security breach. This in not a drill. We have a traitor in our midst. Show spoilers have been leaked online and we're under lockdown until everyone is searched."

Security Alert is the third episode of the web series Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: Double Agent.

The Mastermind gives the double agent his most dangerous mission yet. After a run-in with Brett Dalton (Grant Ward), the set is put on lockdown by Marvel Security. While in the midst of a desperate cat and mouse chase, our Double Agent has an unexpected interaction with Elizabeth Henstridge (Agent Simmons).

Alex Mind takes photos of strange markings on a wall. He asks The Mastermind what it is; he is told that it will be decoded and that he must now step up his efforts. Sam informs the crew that it is lunch time and the Mastermind orders Mind to use this opportunity to snoop around the set and find out what is being filmed.

Mind searches the set and finds scripts for Avengers: Age of Ultron and Ant-Man, but casts them aside. He then finds a script for the upcoming Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. episode Melinda and begins taking photos of the pages. He is found by Brett Dalton, who asks him what he has. Mind hides the script and insists that he does not have anything. An alarm announces a security alert and Dirk informs them that show spoilers have been leaked online, indicating that there is a traitor in their midst. He announces that the building will be placed on lockdown and everyone will be searched.

Mind attempts to escape through the lab and comes across Elizabeth Henstridge, who is holding a knife and eerily asks him if he would like a treat. He leaves and Henstridge comments on his odd behaviour as she heads towards a selection of desserts and shouts to Iain De Caestecker that it is tea time.

Mind accidentally runs into Sam and causes her to drop her bag. He is apprehended by security and as he is about to be searched, Dalton picks up Sam's bag and gives it back to her. Dirk then grabs it from her, finding a script inside. She insists that she is innocent, but the securty team unhand Mind and take her away. Dalton jokingly whispers "Hail HYDRA" in Mind's ear and leaves. Mind informs the Mastermind that despite the complication he will continue his mission. The Mastermind then decodes the markings from the wall and discovers them to be nonsense.
