Marvel's The Defenders, or simply The Defenders, is an upcoming television series that will feature Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist.

It will premiere in Summer 2017.

Synopsis

Marvel's The Defenders follows Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist. A quartet of singular heroes with one common goal - to save New York City. This is the story of four solitary figures, burdened with their own personal challenges, who realize they just might be stronger when teamed together.

The cast of The Defenders - Charlie Cox, Krysten Ritter, Mike Colter and Finn Jones - brought together for the first time at NYCC 2016

• The series will be a crossover of the Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Iron Fist, and Luke Cage television shows and will be made in the same fashion.
• Charlie Cox confirmed that the show would start filming in late 2016.
• On April 15, 2016, the two showrunners of Season Two of Daredevil - Douglas Petrie and Marco Ramirez - are announced as showrunners for The Defenders.
• The series working title is "Group Therapy"
