Hive and Gideon Malick meet with the board
While collaborating with the HYDRA leader Gideon Malick, the ancient Inhuman Hive convinced his associate to purchase Transia Corporation. Hive and Malick met with the board of Transia Corporation, led by Rowan Hamilton, in the Transia Corporation Building. While Hamilton refused at first, Hive had Charles Hinton touching him, which triggered a vision in Hamilton's mind in which he saw the death of his collaborators. Despite Hamilton agreeing to sell Transia Corporation, Hive murdered his colleagues.

HYDRA then brought troops in the Transia Corporation Building. They took control of the building and brought the Transia Corporation Exoskeleton to Malick, who put it on and used it to murder Hamilton.[1]

S.H.I.E.L.D. learned about HYDRA's operation on the Transia Corporation Building. Thus, a team of SH.I.E.L.D. agents comprising Daisy Johnson, Lincoln Campbell and Phil Coulson infiltrated the building in order to stop Hive and Gideon Malick and release Charles Hinton, whose kidnapping they had attended. Leo Fitz and Jemma Simmons remained in front of the building.

Using knowledge of a vision provided by Hinton, Johnson managed to defeat several HYDRA operatives. Coulson then directed her to the roof, where Malick and his men were taking Hinton. Meanwhile, Campbell confronted R. Giyera, who knocked him half unconscious. Coulson ordered him to stand down as they could not fight Hive on themselves.

Johnson headed to the building's roof, where she was ambushed by Malick. Using the Transia Corporation Exoskeleton, Malick overpowered Johnson, the fight destroying the building's billboard until Hinton went to her rescue and caused a vision in Malick's mind. After a brief moment of distraction, Malick turned to Hinton and choked him to death before being defeated by Johnson.
While Malick fled with a helicopter, Johnson and Hinton remained on the roof. Before dying, Johnson promised to look after Hinton's daughter Robin and Hinton touched Johnson one last time, which made her see a vision of the future death of a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent.[1]
