Vision's legal status
I don't know if anyone else has asked this already but, does anyone have any idea if Vision would have human rights or not? Since, being an android, he's sort of both human and robot, and he's shown human feelings. But I'd like to know whether or not he's considered a human being e.g. with the right to vote or have a job and bank account, or if it's like the film Ted 2 where the titular character discovers that, being a teddy bear, he's considered property and doesn't have the same rights as humans do.
For example, if Vision was captured, would the law consider that kidnapping or stealing?
I'm just guessing that he doesn't, but would someone mind helping me out?
