Lillian Crawley, also known as Diamond Lil, is an Inhuman descendant who worked for S.H.I.E.L.D. as an Accountant to Alexander Pierce.

Early life

Lillian Crawley was born in San Francisco Bay, California and was identified as an Inhuman descendant. Before been recruited into S.H.I.E.L.D., Lillian was known to be highly attracted to people, in which she first started as a model and enjoyed to perform in shows. At some point, she decided to work for S.H.I.E.L.D. and worked as an accountant to Alexander Pierce, who was in fact a member of HYDRA. Lillian was unaware of her Pierce's loyalty to that terrorist organization and continued her job while she had been a big fan of the Avengers for saving New York against the Chitauri.

Battle of Washington, D.C.

While threatening to throw Jasper Sitwell off the roof if he did not tell them what Zola's algorithm did, Black Widow tried to convince Captain America to ask Lillian on a date. Rogers first pointed out that her lip piercing was a negative aspect; when this did not work, he told Romanoff that he was not ready yet.

Becoming Inhuman

After the battle in Washington, Lillian decided to leave S.H.I.E.L.D. and tried to resume her modelling career, but that was when she was discovered by Gordon Nobili, who brought Crawley to Afterlife. During her time in Afterlife, she was selected to undergo Terrigenesis, where she gained the ability to use nearly any part of her body as a weapon, including one that grants her to change her whole body akin to that of diamond. Lillian didn't have trouble controlling her power and was able to control it perfectly, thanks to her mentor Gordon.

During the beginning of the War against the Inhumans where S.H.I.E.L.D. and loyalists of Jiaying battled, Lillian was one of the Inhumans that refused to follow Jiaying's plan to start a war against S.H.I.E.L.D., so she left Afterlife and returned home to San Francisco Bay where she decided to return to modelling. However at the start of the Inhuman Outbreak, when she accidently revealed her powers during a show, Lillian became a target to the Watchdogs and was nearly hunted down until she was rescued by S.H.I.E.L.D., who managed to bring her to safety.

Rejoining S.H.I.E.L.D.

Six months after Hive's death, Lillian was among a number of Inhumans that were recruited by Jeffrey Mace and joined the Secret Warriors that was reorganized. Under S.H.I.E.L.D.'s new director, Lillian had went on a several missions with the Secret Warriors and assisted in tracking other Inhumans to be recruited into S.H.I.E.L.D. in a number of parts of the world.
